May 28th is National Hamburger Day and restaurants are competing hard for your order today. Nine chains are running deals, most of them free burgers with a small purchase, and almost all of them require an app. Here is every deal worth knowing about.

Jack in the Box

Buy anything in the Jack in the Box app for $1 or more and you get a free Jr. Jumbo Jack. That is the whole deal. One dollar, free burger, today only.

Wendy's

Wendy's Rewards members can get a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for one cent with any in-app purchase today. The deal runs through June 1st so you have a few extra days on this one, but today is the best excuse to use it.

Royal Perks members get a free hamburger with any $3 or more purchase on May 28th. Order through the app or the BK website. If you are not a Perks member yet, sign up before you order. It is free.

Rewards members get a BOGO Charburger today, with or without cheese. This one is straightforward. Buy one, get one free.

Whataburger Rewards members get a free Whataburger when they order a medium fry and medium drink online or in-app on May 28th. If you are ordering in-store, make sure you scan your app at checkout.

Buffalo Wild Wings

New Rewards members get a free burger with a $15 or more purchase today. One per person. BWW also has bottomless apps running right now: fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chips and salsa, and hatch queso. That $15 minimum goes a long way.
