Set the hose length, then retract it when you're finished
The 65-foot hose gives you room to move between watering spots, while the reel lets you pull out only the length you need. Stop pulling to lock the hose in place; pull again when you’re ready for it to retract. That lets you keep the hose extended while you work without having to wind it back by hand afterward.
A shorter reach can suit a nearby planting area, while extending more of the hose lets you move farther from the reel. The 1/2-inch diameter and 65-foot length are useful measurements to compare with the areas you water and the location where you can mount the reel. It needs a suitable wall mounting spot, so it’s worth thinking about placement before setting up the watering area around it.
Once mounted, the reel keeps the hose stored on the wall instead of loose on the ground between uses. The manufacturer describes the return system as slow-retracting, and the hose can be stopped at any length. Together, those features offer a way to pull out a working length, leave it in position, and start the rewind when cleanup begins.
Pivot the reel and choose a nozzle pattern
The wall bracket swivels 180 degrees, so the reel can turn toward different watering directions. As you move between areas, you can change the reel’s orientation rather than pulling from one fixed direction. The swivel and adjustable hose length give you two ways to position the hose around the wall-mounted setup.
An included nozzle offers 10 spray patterns. The different selections let you change the spray at the hose end for the task at hand, without needing to add a separate nozzle to the setup. The product information doesn’t name the individual patterns, so the useful point here is the range of settings, not a specific spray type.
At $47.37 with the checkout code, the reel is 40% below its listed $78.95 price. For a homeowner or gardener who wants a 65-foot hose ready for routine watering without leaving it stretched across the yard afterward, the wall-mounted reel pairs adjustable reach with automatic retraction. When watering is done, a pull starts the return instead of another round of hand-coiling.
